How to Create an Assessment / Question Paper Using your Own Questions?

Step 1:- Click on the green plus “+” button

Step 2:- Click on use my own question

Step 3:- Select the type of question you would like to add

Step 4:- Click on upload photo

Step 5:- You can either click a pic or upload a photo from the gallery

NOTE:- If your question and answer are on the same page you can select a single page.

If your question/answer is spread out between different pages you can select multiple pages it will allow you to add multiple images.

Step 6:- Once you’ve clicked/uploaded the photo you can click on crop the text you can now CROP THE QUESTION

Step 7:– Click on done after you’ve adjusted the crop box to the question

Step 8:- To crop the solution, swipe left and click on crop the text, insert the answer in the crop box and click on done

NOTE:- To add a Diagram click on crop diagram if your diagram is on a different page than your question you can use the multiple pages option

Step 9:- Click on export once you’re done adding questions/answers/diagram. You can now edit your questions (to know how to edit your questions click here) Once editing is complete you can click on done

Step 10:- Enter labels; class, subject chapter name, and difficulty these labels are added to locate your questions for future use To know more about labels (click here) Your question is now added to the quiz/question paper.You can click on add new questions and continue the same process to add more questions
OR Click on import from the library this will allow you to choose questions from Jackett library (click to see what is Jackett Library);

Steps to Import from Library

Step 1:- Click on the top right filter button and click on show 3 more

Step 2:- Enter class, subject, chapter name, and/or question type

Step 3:- Click on the check box on the bottom right side of the question you would like to select after selecting click on the green add button.

NOTE:- After adding these questions you can easily edit these questions by clicking in the center of the question you would like to edit.

Let’s continue with creating our manual assessment.

Step 11:- Click on next to continue to finish your assessment

Step 12:- Enter the assessment name and instructions (eg: attempt all questions) and click on save

Step 13:- Click on next on the top right part of the screen

Step 14:- Click on “mark” and then click inside the box that says “enter marks” You can enter the marks you would like to allot to questions

Step15:- If you click on “Apply to all” it will automatically mark all questions with the same number of marks that you entered if you click on “select questions” you will get the option to select particular questions where you want to apply the same marks [you can use this feature if you want particular questions to carry different marks than other

Step 16:- Click on done after your marks are added

Step 17:- Enter the start date, end date, and quiz time limit
